Ideal Promotions Artwork Requirements

Our basic artwork requirements for printing are listed below.

Please confirm with us as the requirements may change depending on the substrate and the process involved.

• Adobe Illustrator files. PDF's where resolution is very hi (300dpi and above) or EPS files.
• Supporting images must be TIFF, JPG or PSD (photoshop) file 300 - 600 dpi is recommended.
• Must supply supporting fonts if file text is NOT outlined or embedded.
• All fonts are preferred to be embedded or converted to outlines.
• NO low resolution or embedded images. Images MUST be linked in Illustrator.
• Artwork must be correctly sized with 3mm of bleed.
• All colours are to be specified as CMYK or selected SPOT converted to CMYK colours.
• All transparency effects MUST been flattened.
• All files and colours MUST be in CMYK and NOT in RGB.
